& CANCELLATION POLICY: All
reservations must be secured at the time of booking with a credit card
either in person or over the telephone. By this notice, Customer
agrees and understands that the full amount of the fare will be charged to
their credit card if reservations are not cancelled by 6pm the day prior
to the trip. Customer further understands that this deposit is
non-refundable unless the captain cancels the trip due to inclement
weather or mechanical issues! Please
